MAD PRINTS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to MAD Prints! By placing an order, using our services, or accessing our website or social media platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

MAD Prints is a custom screen printing, embroidery, engraving, and apparel design company based in Long Beach, CA. These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotes, sales, and services provided by MAD Prints.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change based on garment availability, design complexity, or market conditions.

  • All pricing is based on the information provided by the client at the time of quote. Any changes may result in a revised quote.

3. Order Approval

  • All orders must be approved in writing via email or signed invoice before production begins.

  • Approval includes design proofs, garment selections, sizing breakdowns, and shipping/pick-up details.

  • Delays in approval may result in changes to production timelines or delivery estimates.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Standard production time is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment.

  • Rush orders may be accommodated upon request for an additional fee.

  • MAD Prints is not liable for delays caused by third-party vendors, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required on all orders before production, a 50% deposit may be accepted at our discretion.

  • Total balance is due upon order approval.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH transfers.

  • Late payments may result in production or delivery delays.

6. Custom Artwork & Ownership

  • All artwork created by MAD Prints remains the intellectual property of MAD Prints unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients must have full rights to any artwork submitted to us. We are not liable for copyright infringement on customer-supplied designs.

7. Order Accuracy & Defects

  • We strive for perfection, but minor variances (±5% in print size, position, or color) are industry standard.

  • Claims for defects or order discrepancies must be made within 3 business days of receiving the goods.

  • If a mistake is made on our part, we will work with you to correct it through a refund, reprint, or store credit.

8. Customer Supplied Garments

  • MAD Prints is not responsible for damages to customer-supplied garments. These are decorated at your own risk.

  • We recommend ordering through MAD Prints for quality control and order consistency.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

  • Refunds are only issued for defective products caused by errors on our part and must be pre-approved.

10. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are based on current carrier rates and will be included in your invoice.

  • MAD Prints is not responsible for delays, lost items, or damage caused during transit. Insurance may be added upon request.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • MAD Prints shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

12. Modifications to Terms

MAD Prints reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
